Kerry and Shane moved back to Custer County in 2013 and began living life on the farm and ranch where Kerry grew up. Shane came from a retail background, previously owning a shoe store. Shane noticed issues in acquiring supplies for the ranch, some supplies were not available locally and required long-distance travel. Eventually, Shane was challenged by a local rancher to find creosote posts. Long story short, she did.

Shane developed a strong network to make Maline Seed & Fence to best go-to place for creosote posts in the state. She expanded her business into so much more. Now, customers can come into our store with a semi and fill it up with everything from barbed wire supplies to feedlot supplies. We are a one stop shop that makes buying supplies for you ranch easy.

We work to find the best suppliers in the industry, challenging ourselves and our suppliers to be better every day. We personally use a lot of the products that we sell, so we understand the time and investment it takes to build a fence, set up a corral, or even just feeding livestock. We want our products to be durable and be able to withstand the test of time.

We over direct delivery to your farm or ranch. We also provide pasture mapping to make building your fence faster and easier. In addition to both of these, feedlot and corral design is also one of our services. This comes with a complete list of products need to complete your project, drawings, and virtual walk throughs.
